Globalink Logistics Group is committed to providing the highest quality services to our customers through total quality management in order to meet and exceed their expectations. We endeavor to continuously and proactively manage and improve our processes by maintaining a Quality Management System that complies with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008, as well as other specific standards related to our industry.

Globalink’s Quality Management System Program is companywide and includes and covers all functions of the organization. This system is based on process control and development and all Company procedures and functions have been identified and assigned to appropriate operational managers for implementation and execution. Execution of these processes in day to day operations and activites is mandatory and followed diligently by our highly trained and skilled employees.

Globalink’s philosophy is to provide a world class quality service. Regardless of the size of a company, scope of work or mode of transport, customer focus is paramount and customer satisfaction is vital. Through a quality management system and cost effective transportation solutions, Globalink ensures that the goals of the Company which include but are not limited to the following:

  • Thoroughly understanding the requirements of our Customers
  • Providing requested Services professionally and promptly
  • Providing an efficient, trouble free and seamless transportation solutions
  • Identifying improvement opportunities through Customer Feedback and addressing same

Furthermore, as Suppliers play an important part in our quality chain process, particular care is taken to ensure those suppliers and their services correspond to our guidelines. Before utilization, suppliers are evaluated on the basis of their operational capacity and preference is given to those having already demonstrated high quality standards. Suppliers are given precise instructions and service completion process is controlled. All non-conformities are recorded and presented to suppliers for corrective action. Supplier performance is regularly reviewed and appropriate actions taken where nonconformance is identified.

The Quality and Compliance Audit Manager, Department Heads and Branch Managers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all requirements pertaining to the Quality Management System. Additionally, the Quality and Compliance Audit Manager is responsible for ensuring all processes are updated as and when required, maintain all logs and other documents related to Quality Management System and conducting regular audits to ensure same are being followed.

This Quality Policy shall be understood, implemented and maintained at all levels of the organization as well as being reviewed periodically for its continuing suitability and effectiveness.
